Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get Annual membership?
Visit our Support Us page, choose your donation amount (any amount over $1), and donate via PayPal or Venmo. Then fill in the claim form on that page. We manually verify your donation and upgrade your account — usually within a few hours.
Does my membership auto-renew?
No. CleanStream memberships never auto-renew. When your year is up, your account reverts to Free tier. You can choose to donate again if you'd like to continue.
Is there a refund policy?
Donations to CleanStream are voluntary contributions in support of keeping the platform running for kids. Because they are donations rather than purchases, we do not offer refunds. If you have a concern, email support@cleanstream.us and we'll do our best to help.
Will there ever be ads?
No. CleanStream will never run behavioral advertising. Period. If we ever need more funding to keep the servers running, we'll add more donation tiers or seek grants — we will not expose kids to ad targeting.
What happens to my videos if I don't renew?
If your Annual membership expires and you don't renew, your videos will remain live for 30 days (the standard free-tier window) and then be removed. We'll send you a reminder before that happens so you can download your content.
