CleanStream is a fully moderated environment intended solely for family-friendly, positive, and safe content. By creating an account and uploading content:

• No Guaranteed Publication: CleanStream reserves the ultimate right to reject, delete, or suspend any video or account, at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any attempt to upload malicious, inappropriate, or illegal content will result in immediate permanent account termination. We actively report illegal material to the appropriate authorities.
• Human Moderation Requirement: Every video uploaded must first enter a "Private Staging Area." CleanStream utilizes human-review protocols before a video can be publicly visible.
• No Harmful Speech: Bullying, harassment, or negative commenting is strictly forbidden.

3. Parent/Guardian Accountability

Because CleanStream is designed to protect children, the adult parent or guardian who approves an account accepts full legal liability and responsibility for any content produced or engaged with by the account user.

4. Liability & "As Is" Operation

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CleanStream, its founders, and affiliates disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. By using the Service, you agree that CleanStream shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
